Replying to 4FRNT Ski Order Problems
I bought some Vandals and Tyrolia Attack bindings off of 4FRNT about three weeks ago (11/21/18) and haven’t even gotten notifications about them shipping yet. They don’t answer the phone when I call. they do respond to email, but it usually takes at least a day or so. The last that I communicated with them last week, they still hadn’t shipped yet because they were waiting on a shipment of tyrolia bindings to get in that were supposed to have been into their warehouse “any day now.” That was a week ago, with no updates since. I spent all day calling today with no answer and no email responses either. I was hoping to have already had a couple of weekends of skiing under my belt this season. I’m pretty understanding of some issues, but after three weeks and $700 spent, I’d really just like to get my money back, especially since it’s unlikely I make it out this weekend again if they haven’t shipped yet. I can’t get my money back if I can’t get them on the phone, though.. has anybody else had similar issues with 4frnt? Am I uninformed about how long it takes to get skis processed, packaged, and shipped? Is this a normal cycle? Three weeks seems wild to me considering I’m in Denver and 4frnt is based in SLC.
