Ski bag is too long for current skis

Hello,
I ride 178cm faction 2.0s, I choose the 190cm dakine fall filler bag, mainly becuase the 175cm option seemed too small however also because I might want to expand the number of skis I have or one day use a longer pair.
Unfortunately for now the bag is a little too big and when rolling it it sags and actually becomes very difficult to roll. Has anyone experienced this and do you have a solution?
The only thing I can think to do is bind the skis together in a way where the resulting length is more like 190cm. Hopefully this would keep the bag stiffer however I haven't had time to test.
Thanks

As long as you put your skis right to the end with the wheels it shouldn’t drag much. The handle will be a little saggy but that’s better than the bag dragging
