Look pivot problem

I bought these look pivot 14s and they do this
Any one know how to fix

pivot it all the way sideways then back, they all do that sometimes

It’s supposed to do that. Turn it all the way around so the ring can drop back down. Make sure it clicks down, and you’ll be all good
