I've been looking to pick up a second pair of park skis and found some 16/17 Honey Badgers with marker squire bindings, in fairly good condition. Is 400$ Canadian an okay price for them?

400 CAD = 305 USD
No, I don't think that's a great deal. The Honey Badger is a cheap ski and it doesn't have great durability so I'd be really wary about buying a used pair. The brand new 2019 HB is $350 USD right now and I picked up some 2018s for $220 a few weeks ago, the deals are out there if you're looking. Also, the Marker Squire has a terrible reputation on this forum especially when mounted on park skis, so that's another reason I'd avoid this setup. The absolute maximum I'd pay for used Honey Badgers with Squires would be about $230 or $300 CAD.
If $400 CAD is your budget, I'm sure you'll be better off looking for used skis that are slightly higher quality. Check out Sell/Trade here on NS, I'm sure theres something better for your money.

Prior to seeing this comment I was looking for deals on 2018 models and found 18 Honey Badgers for the same price that you paid. Just pulled the trigger on them.
