What bindings do you guys recommend?

Please explain if you guys would rather have the Look SPX 12 or the Tyrolia Attack 12 and why, or if you have any suggestions for a good deal.

Unless you're really light I wouldn't fuck with low din bindings. I know the attack 12 has a different (shittier) heel than the 13 GW and I assume the SPX 12 has cheaper pieces as well. Just spend a bit more for the full big boy bindings, I like STH2's but also buy Attack's because they're a bit cheaper.

Try to find a pair of used attack 13’s. I scored a pair ridden only a few times off tgr with brakes for 120 shipped about a month ago.

As others have said, of the two I'd go for the Attack2 binding but in the 13 DIN version. The Attack2 11 has the cheaper, raised in height heel which is more beginner/female biased and the Attack2 12 has the same heel as the 13 but with lower DIN. The 12 only comes in white now so it's sold more as a "packaged with skis" binding. Lots of deals still to be had on the 2018 Attack2 13 Bindings(same as 2019) if you need a 85mm brake-$149.99 CAN on Corbetts.com. Know brakes for Attack bindings are $30 US if you can find the bindings alone.

Look SPX 12 is a great binding too but a bit heavier and a little harder to get into the heel piece in deep snow.
Have both bindings myself but prefer the Attack2 13.

I need a 95mm brake because I have a 90mm ski. Thanks for all the great help, if anyone finds any other deals on attack 2 12s or attack2 13s that would be awesome! Thank you all

The 85mm tyrolia is actually a 88mm brake that can be easily bent larger or smaller. Have bent down their 95 brake to fit on 84mm skis and currently have 104mm skis with the Tyrolia 95mm(actually 97mm) brake on them. Large range either way on their brakes.

Corbetts.com then for the 2018 Head Attack2 13 85mm brake and then maybe a slightly bend(if at all) for your skis. Great deal on those bindings!

I’m light as shit also but I would personally reccomend the attack 13’s over the 12’s as they have more durable healpiece etc. If you are looking for the cheapest binding the 11 or 12’s would work but I would suggest the 13’s

Yes, same heel piece in the Attack 12 and 13, just higher DIN. The Attack 11 has the different and cheaper heel piece with higher heel height.

Are you getting the Attack2 12 for cheaper than $120 US($149.99 CAN) as that is what is it for the Attack2 13 85 at Corbetts.com. The 12 Only in white if it's the Attack2 version. Only the older Attack 12 comes in black.
