Need a season job as well to be able to fully enjoy the best après the Alps have to offer, and still make ends meet? Well you know what, we’ve got that too. Season after season Bad Gastein never seizes to amaze. 3 different ski systems included in a ridiculously cheap ski pass, wide open pistes, plenty of powder stashes, a vibrant after-ski/night life (those two tend to merge in this beautiful town), need I say more? Amongst the season accommodations GML, Haus Nefer, and the new, up and coming Townhouse (#!!!), there’s something for everybody.
The rent per person is €380 (equivalent to ~£338) /month
Grey Mountain Lodge (GML):
A ski bum favorite, 3 years and running. Rooms for 4 and 6 people, bunkbeds. Shared kitchen and lounge areas. Very popular due to the rad parties and location (see image below).
For a quieter season experience (or not) with a vintage B&B feel to it. Bedrooms for 2 and 4 people, with a private bathroom in each. Can be set up with proper beds (at an extra cost) or bunkbeds for 380 EUR per person.
Fresh out the box! Similar to GML, however features rooms for 2 to 4 people.
All accommodations are situated within walking distance to the main lift, grocery store and all bars. The bus stop is situated either right outside the door or a couple 100 meters from it, if you wish to leisure your way to the main lift or go to another ski resort. Trips with the bus are included in the ski pass.
