A random question that's probably never been asked on NS
Trying to backflip this season, anyone got any tips? I'm really scared, i can do 180s and slide dancefloor boxes, you guys think I'm ready??? anyone got advice??
I think the best way to know you're ready is to be confortable doing backflips on a tramp (both layout & tuck).
It really helps to have a kicky jump and soft landing, or even better try on an airbag if you can.
But if you have them on a tramp or cliff jumping you might stomp it first try ! Just commit and you'll be fine

1. Find the least kicky jump you can
2. Make sure the landing is super icy, if you have to dump water all over it and wait, do it
3. Lean back as far as you can and tuck for a double don’t be a pussy
4. Get paid
1. Centre your skis, practice on a tramp
2. Find a jump with loose snow at the landing
3.approach with your eyes on the lip
4. bend your knees
5.bend over the knuckle for a spanking

I totally agree. The only problem is when the nice buzz turns into a beer every lap on the lift or dodging into the trees for your beer stash and by 1 in the afternoon your skiing like trash. Fine line
step 1) make sure that you are very comfortable doing it on tramp
step 2) go to airbag or foam pit
step 3) find a poppy jump into deep pow with good in run
step 4) mentally prepare
step5) drop in
step 6)do a super stylish new wave swerve around the jump
step 7) go do a lip blind 2 #onlytrickever
