Have a pair of marker frame bindings that I'm trying to fix. The toepiece is loose (see picture), so that even when I'm clicked in, it wobbles a little. Havent had any accidents, but I'm pretty sketched out every time I ride, so I'm gonna try to fix them. What appears to have happened is over time the mount on the toepiece has compressed slightly, so it no longer fits tightly with the pin. What I want to do is remove the pin, and enlarge the hole in the mount slightly (1/64"ish) and replace the pin with a larger one so that everything fits flush again. What to yall think of this plan?

For the sake of your safety- this is a very horrible idea. Modifying plastic bindings will never work in your favor. It sucks that your binding has developed play, but it will suck more if you stress the plastic in the binding and it fails while skiing. And that is a very real possibility with the plan you have described. If money is tight, you are way better off finding a comparable frame binding on closeout summer sale somewhere. I'm sure you can score something at 40-50% off.
