Anyone else forget how to ski?

Every few random runs a year, I'll get to the top of the chairlift and go to hit a lap. But randomly I have a mind blank, forget how to ski, and eat shit 2-3 times that run.

I don't know what it is. Anyone else have the same thing?

IDK, I'll be zoning out when I get off the chairlift and when I hit the run I'm like "fuck" obviously it comes back quickly.

Used to happen when i didn’t ski for 4-5 weeks but not really after a chairlift,see a doctor lol

I mean if I haven’t hit park for a month then my first few hits will be straight airs and 50-50ing boxes. But I’ve never unloaded the chairlift in the middle of the day and gone to a liz swaney level of inadequacy for no apparent reason

When I get that once a season day on skis I'll be like wooo skiing fun! Bouncing my turns, grinnin all huge, and then boom, fuck. Skis how do they work. Fuck up a turn/forget what I'm doing then start sendin toward the trees, then oh yeah skiing woo, bouncing turns, grinnin all huge, and repeat.

At the beginning of the year its because my muscles are not as strong as I think.

Otherwise its usually from fatigue
