Ski Movie Music - New Spotify profile, 100+ movie playlists

SkiMovieMusic is a new Spotify profile making playlists for ski movies


I am currently at 100+ movies with cover pictures etc., ranging from 1993 --> today, from:
- MSP
- Poorboyz
- Level 1
- Teton Gravity
- Sherpa Cinema
- Inspired Media
- 4bi9
- Nimbus
- Field Productions
- Free Radicals
- Skifilm.net
- Line Traveling Circus
- Salomon Freeski TV
(more comming)

We also have complete genre lists from all movies.

Most of the lists are not updated with the tracks that are not available on spotify, but I will try to add them so that you have the complete lists. Descriptions will also be added in the future, and possibly (dont hate) snowboard movies.
Many of the movies already have playlists on different accounts, but this profile was made to gather most of the movies so that it is easier for you all to find the tracks from your favorite movies.
Big thanks to Jesse and the now closed skimoviemusic.com, msp and everyone else making lists etc.

I am also planning to add theme lists, like; genre lists(e.g. a complete reggae list from all movies) lists by year/period, by company etc. I will also see if there is enough available material to make a classic edit list, and have em ready for the ski season! I might also create a fb page/homepage for more complete info, updates and to spread the word further. Sorry for all the delays caused by my new study programme.

I dont know why ski vid music has eaten so much shit in the more recent years.
Movies like tbc/exact science/skimatic/high5/shanghai6/LSS/realtime/turbo/refresh all had really fresh emo music with super aesthetic melodies that sounded like stuff you hadnt heard before. Bands (like/that sounded like) ladytron and fischerspooner used to be all over ski films and it was glorious. Nowadays its just kinda shit in my opinion.

At the end of TGR's "Far Out" this year, there was a song I couldn't find with lyrics that had "this is a dreamscape" in it. It was in the last big mountain segment to close out the flick I believe. Anyone know by any chance?
