What do you order at your local joint?
Do you like all beef parts? Or are you a Chicken person?
Do you fuck with all the extra veggie side?
Do you drink all the soup?
Do you fuck with the spicy sauces? Fish sauce?
How much is Pho in your area?

I usually get the normal kind (idk how to read vietnamese and I don’t remember the english name). I have beef with the people that get chicken. I usually add whatever vegetables come with it, so like bean sprouts/basil. Absolutely drink the soup. There’s some kinda sweet chili sauce that’s good af. Costs about $2.

How much of the basil am I supposed to add? They usually give me a large amount.

u gotta get the combo pack with the tripe, tendon, rare steak. miss me with the meatballs. If the joint serves meatballs, i usually wont go there again.

top it off with some chili oil and ooh wee. I'd eat pho every day if i wasn't so broke

This. although im okay with meatballs, however if no meatball meant more of the other parts of the cow, then im good wit that. Some stores near me have their own pickled chili peppers and theyre so spicy but so good. The first few sips of the broth is gotta be vanilla/untouched then i just pile in everything else

I put raw shaved beef in the hot pho and watch it cook. I load on the bean sprouts, basil, lime and hot sauce. There isn't a good, committed pho retailer near me so I make it when I get the craving.

I find pho doesn't have enough flavour for me am I doing something wrong or going to the wrong restaurants? I usually just pad Thai instead.

Its either Seafood pho without squids & fishballs crap or vegetarian pho. Always loaded with extra fresh cilantros
