Anyone have a good progression table of increasingly advanced dives to work on i.e. backflip>gainer>frontflip>barani>double back>double gainer so on and so forth... idk if what I just layed out is even a good progression one but I just need some ideas and goals to work at, I got gainers, backflips, and fronts to my feet off the 3m and cliffs up to 30ft and I've got a couple double gainers off the 3m board. gimme some ideas for new thingys!!
