eheethhey guys, so i found these sikk skis (http://revisionskis.com/product/2016-the-bunch-talisman-all-mountain-twin-tip-skis/) from a brand called revision and they look sick af, plus the bunch uses them and i love the bunch. the skis look mad, and they cover rail damage!!!! thinking of picking up a pair, should i cop??
voy10I heard their shipping reliability is insanely good
DucatEddoDidn’t revision screw up on deliveries one year? Like people just didn’t get skis that they bought
FBAACAm I going through a time warp here? I thought revision went out of business? Powder and Newschoolers even did an article about their scams. WHAT IS GOING ON?!
TRVP_ANGEL+1 for revision skis, Bill doesn't just sell skis, in fact many of his satisfied customers actually never received them! Bill sells you his vision, his lifestyle, his story. When you strap on your regular pair of skis, you would think of how good revisions would have rode if you received them. That's what he wants you to do! The product isn't the actual ski, it is you, the skier. Bill allows you to introspectively focus on yourself by forcing you to settle for that $100 pair of second-hand craigslist summer beater of skis you had to buy because you just spent mom and dad's savings on revisions. It forces you to overcome each trick with the anxiety in the back of your mind that the entire base of your skis can delam at any given switch-up.
I've said it once and I will say it again, Revision skis is a complete masterpiece, there was no "Revision Skis" before Revision Skis. Bill, from the beginning, has always pushed boundaries and has continued to make progressive leaps in the sport that others could only hope to imitate. Bill is not emulating any other company, he isn’t trying to be any ski company. He has no influences. Revision has accomplished so much at such a young age, can you imagine what his company is going to be like in 5 years?
