Snowbird conditions
Headed to snowbird next week with a couple buddies and was wondering how the conditions are?
Pretty scraped up, looks like there's snow coming, but it's no sure thing. Cirque traverse is still a rock garden. Mineral always has long as fuck lines. Nothing good off of gad 2 is worth skiing yet. Gadzoom is beginner central. Peruvian is where it's at, great cattrack hits and sidehits

Ended up getting like 6" Saturday and another 6" yesterday with similar on tap tomorrow.
So slowly improving the dust on crust.
Now we just need 25 more inches of snow/water equivalent to not burn down come July.

If you go, peruvian is by far the best place to go.
Have you looked at the new 2018 SPEED WC FIS GS (R21WC) - 185? They are a really fast ski, hold up well on ice and can go through any ruts on the course. I usually use a ch4 hydrocarbon wax which really helps me glide along on the rails. Best for a 28 meter radius course, but also works on the pipe. I center mounted them with some look race bindings on 16 dins, for maximum control.

Thanks. Next time I'm skiing World Cup in the Alps I'll make sure I get those skis center mounted for max ability to beat Lindsey.

Went Sunday and was liking the baldy lift, spent most of my time back there. I would personally stay away from gad side and stick to back mountain and Peruvian.
