Both skis are pretty similar enough... heres my amateur comparison
I have briefly skied a 177cm Vishnu Wet which are symmetrical and heavily rockered. They are actually really light, they seem great durability wise, especially for price. I never felt like they were too soft to hit the 3 Kings jump Line in PC, and honestly they have a great "hinge point" to prevent them from being to soft. They are really easy to flex and are really forgiving and quick edge to edge.
I have briefly skied the Magnus in 181cm and they were slightly heavier than the Wets, and are great durability wise. Heavily rockered, non-symtertical and are really playful like the Wet, forgiving and fun to ride. To me they were slightly harder to initiate butter and presses but had no issues with them or the Wet. They are a lot more expensive than the Wet tho, but were really fun and beefy. Never felt like I would wash out on the jump line at PC either, though they aren't gonna be ideal like a cambered ski
Tl;DR both skis are great, the Wets are better for the money imo, but the Magnus has a supreme beefiness to it imo. All skis will get edge cracks, if you feel like you hit a lot of rails the Wets might be better just because they will probably last similar amount of days and are cheaper. Overall, the Magnus felt a little better, but ballin on a budget I would go Wets all day. You cant choose a bad ski
