Who all is into motorcycles on here. Weather your looking to get one or have been riding for years let's hear what bikes you want to get, have or have had. I ride a 2008 buell xb12r
Currently an R6 with full exhaust and power commander and a stock GSXR 750. Pretty happy with both, sometimes I consider trading the 750 for a 1000 just to ride one, but people always talk me out of it. Love the shit out of the R6 but you need/should wear ear plugs it's so loud but sounds so beautiful

My dad and I occasionally go trail riding on our crf 250's. I really wanna get a sportbike or supermoto this summer but I'm tryna save up for a car so I'm not sure if that's gonna happen.
The bike I ride most is an '83 Harley Electra-glide. It was my old mans first Harley, then when it was mine after I graduated college. I also have a suzuki DRZ 400 thats fun to ride trails and mountain passes on. Looking to get rid of it, and invest in a nice new KTM 500 enduro bike. Then purchase a Timbersled kit for it the following year.

Hell yes on the timbersled!i want a ktm 300 for trail riding next summer!
I've had a number of bikes from dirtbikes to rockets to streetfighters. This was my latest build. 2015 RMZ 450 I titled on the street and put into SuperMoto trim. Like I said i've had many bike, but supermotos are the most fun you could have on the street imo.
I'd like to get one again. Never had a license though and I think my permit expired like 10 years ago.
Also a little scared with smart phones and stupid people. I drive quite a bit. 70k miles the last 2 years and I was out of the country for 8 months of that. Lot's of road trip action or even general driving.
People can't even turn their fucking lights on in the rain, signal, understand how to merge, the difference between a yield and stop sign, what that crazy dial with the numbers says(speedometer).
People are fucked. Stay safe out there. I probably will get one if I have the time and money ever. It would be cool to do a road trip on one. Maybe hang onto it for a bit, maybe have some fun for a summer and sell it.

a lot of ppl i know that had a motorcycle are dead.
I got a 2016 WR250 two stroke with the YZ suspension on it. Nothing better than riding your bike legally to the track where you throw 120 ft+ doubles lol. I love my wr for on road and trails/track.
I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it to get my license. Since I moved (and haven’t changed residency or registration/insurance) it would be quite the to-do. I had one friend die last year on a bike going over the grade from South Lake into Carson City and honestly it just doesn’t seem worth it. The town is a mess with tourists who want to take pictures of the lake while driving and going anywhere else involves two lane highways with a jersey barrier median and an incredibly large drop off on the outside.
Back home I rode my friend’s Shadow Aero and 883 but riding in Vermont is cool and riding in California seems scary. I’m a big ass baby when it comes to being on the road in any vehicle though.
Use to have a Wide Glide and loved it living in Reno where traffic was nothing and trips up to Tahoe and northern Cali meant actual riding. Left it with the parents when I moved to Colorado and would never get one here.
Last bike I had was a yz85 and I am forever baffled by how my mom was able to turn a blind eye to the ridiculousness of my dad putting my scrawny ass on something with such a crazy power to weight ratio.
I really want to get back into MX but there aren’t many options for good tracks around me. Probably would get a 125 two smoker

Was just talking about this with a friend - granted I was always the big/tall kid - but I had free reign with an older yz80 at like 7 years old. Super suprised I didn't end up in the ER more often. Shit's kinda nuts lookin back at it.
Here's my noble steed. Love this bike, wanna get some good long distance miles on it this summer.

Very nice! If you are ever in the PNW, hit me up and I will take you around for some good rides!

Hell yeah man! I've wanted to do a west coast trip for a while, do the tourist thing and ride up the 101. Maybe the logistics will pan out this summer. I always get excited about it till I start adding up the cost of premium in CA or Oregon :(

Let me know if any plans pan out, be happy to help you out in any way I can. Place to crash to help with work on the bike if needed(I have a few connections)

Hell yeah man that's whatsup! I'll start crunchin numbers when spring rolls around to see if it is something I can make happen.
I had a Yamaha rX1 but recently sold it. It was a really good bike. I am really sad that I had to part ways with it but after my back surgery I can't ride motorcycles any more. I shipped it to his new owner a few weeks ago. I've used this really awesome shipping company called cheap motorcycle shipping (you guys can check it out here: cheapmotorcycleshipping.com ) and it got to the owner in a few days (3-4 if I am not mistaken). I loved the experience I had with them since they gave me a free estimate, the staff was very helpful, and in general it was a very smooth ride. If you ever need to ship your bike they are really good.
