Landing switch

Happy winter NS,
I seem to be having a mental problem with landing switch on jumps. I can ski switch proficiently but I have a fear of landing the simplest 180 on bigger jump landings. The fear is that I will land and immediately faceplant. Is there something I can do to better prepare myself, or is this just a mental block and I should sack up and just try it until it feels comfortable? Thanks for the help.

I'm gonna say if you can ride switch well, that its just a mental block. Unless you land super front seat or your DINS are set at 0, you should be ok.

this year with landing and skiing switch, i always fall to one side for some reason. Its really annoying because enough falls make my hip very tender

i bought a burton hip protector thing when i was younger and learning. it solved the problem the same problem.

Same thing for OP. I got over this worry by moving onto switch 3s. I guess I mentally reasoned that it looks less shitty to fall doing it then a 180. Weird mentality but kids will be kids
