Whats your exercise routine to prep for the season and do you change it during season?
(I'm ice coast and currently in finals so it's still preseason for me)
I've been hitting legs every second or third workout. Decreased my weight and upped my sets/reps to build some endurance but not sure how I can change my exercises. Been doing squats, leg press, calf raises, leg curls/extensions and then I finish by biking 20 mins. So pretty basic really, any specific exercises you guys would recommend?
