Candid 2.0 mounting/size

I am 6"3 188lbs and going to get the Candid 2.0 2018 for skiing crud,pow when I can get it, hard pack, and airs. Was going to get the 188 and mount it about -2.5 from center (candid mount point) will that suit me well and get hung up on the tips at that mount, thanks

if you aren't really fussed about how it's going to balance on rails and the swingweight for spins then it sounds like you might benefit from mounting them closer to the all mountain mark. the all mtn point isn't super far back anyway and the extra ski infront of you would definitely give you more stability for charging crud etc

yea you'd potentially wash out easier if you land backseat but otherwise should be fine. Could always just ask your shop to mount between the 2 for a bit of the best of both

I mounted them at the recommended point (I.e. the one further back than Candide, -5cm maybe?) and they work fine. Mostly use them as an all mtn charger and theyre perfect there. Also been in the park for a lap or 2 and they work fine on rails & jumps. Unless youre mostly using them in the park, I'd mount at recommended. The skis are a fucking blast either way

Yeah thats my bad, I meant the all mtn/recommended point is around -5cm.
