Colorado in November

General question, whats skiing usually like in late November? I have some non ski friends that live in Denver and I figured if I was thinking about making a trip out to see them before they move, Id hit up Breck and surrounding resorts. Thanks for any answers.

Could be trash, could be pow. It all depends on the year. No way to truly predict it especially with the whole climate change thing. Good luck.

Pretty early yet to tell. Loveland is supposed to be starting snow making in less than 30 days but we will need the weather to stay cold to make any progress on filling in those runs. Check the status in October and you should be able to get a better idea on what will be open.

Just like everyone else is saying. It's either AMAZING or Good, either way, we have snow even if it's not a hell of a lot.

It's way to early to till if were gonna have good snow this year or not. Think about it again when the resorts out here start making snow

like everyone saying depends on the year. last year all the resorts had delayed opening and sus skiing

Last year so went to Keystone the day after Thanksgiving and it was not good or bad but there wasn't much open and the park was still developing so they had the snow cannons out making jumps. Just depends on the year I'm sure if you got up on a powder day they'd open a bunch of terrain up and visa versa.

I'm going with the same thing, but even if conditions are shit there are still better resorts to ski. Personally I'd recommend winter park because there early season park is always killer, and when it's like only shitty groomers open, you can cut into the trees where you will probably find powder and WP doesn't rope off the bike park bridges and you can huck em
