This is a message to older NSer's and anyone who has knowledge of any events in the skiing industry that happened in early January of 1999. I am working on project for one of my classes at university and for this project I have to give a speech about myself and my birthday. The prof wants us to come up with a cool/ fun fact from the news or pop culture from our birthday to share with class as part of our speech. After exhausting my self surfing through old NYtimes articles and disgusting myself after seeing the top 40 list from week one of January 1999 I felt it was appropriate to turn to the NS community to see what cool shit was going on when I was born.
