I really want to learn nose butters. I have k2 presses 159 and I'm about 5'5 and very light. Other threads say that presses are pretty soft and they probably are to most people but since I'm so light it's hard for me to press. Any tips?
Instead of just flexing really hard forward, which only works on some lips, really throw your body into it. If you spin to the left throw your shoulder to the left but also down. That will get you the rotation.
