JAHpowAny plans for a future edition?
mr-mcsteezeYou guys should totally do it again
I mean I'm not opposed to it, but realistically I think its not time for a new mag yet.
Like when the record industry collapsed with the rise of the MP3, you really can't launch anything new until the whole legacy system has fallen apart. It wasn't until CD sales were completely dead that we saw solid business models out of music rise up again - one of them being Vinyl.
Print for too many years got away with crazy cheap subscriptions charging astronomical rates for advertising. Digital media is great - but its a cesspool of clickbait garbage right now. Finding the good stuff is next to impossible.
It'll be after the entire industry of cheap, disposable print is gone when its time to do ultra high quality, limited edition, direct to consumer print will rise.
I mean just a theory...
