were you guys born yesterday? vertical release on bindings has only been around for the past maybe 3-4 seasons, MOST bindings would hold you in if you were to put pressure on them vertically, regardless of din settings

^^ummm. i'm pretty sure that vertical release has been around for more than 4 years.

the heelpiece is definitely vertical, and that's what everyone's saying would release.
