Is there a right way to fall?

I have noticed that last season I became an expert at falling and whenever I took a spill and I would never come home hurt. This season I seem to have lost this skill because I fall in a very Junior Varsity way and am always in pain...
So, NS, do you have any tips on how to fall well so that you don't get hurt?

The best way to not get hurt skiing is to not ski.

However, the best advice I can give is to throw on a helmet and send it for the boys. If it's meant to be, it is meant to be.

heat coming in at Ruroc is priceless, but i dropped poles a while back and I have had much less pain whenever I fall.

I like to fall right on top of my FKS binding, but that may be personal preference
