MinggWider stance. More weight on your front foot.
rclover106Honestly most rail issues are just commitment. Try and fall forward on a rail. Once you can commit to falling over the rail it won't feel as scary leaning more foward than usual. If you can just fully commit 100% you'll get it. It just takes time. Do everything else people have said and you'll be good.

minihefYou need to weight your front foot more and the easiest way to do that is to concentrate on keeping your leading hand around the height of your knee on your leading foot. I.E. if you go right foot forward concentrate on keeping your right hand level with your right knee. That'll definitely keep your weight more evenly distributed and save you slipping out on your back foot.
frose2020Awesome. Extremely helpful thank you
frose2020Thank you for the advice. Never really thought about it that way but very helpful
rclover106I completely read your post wrong. It's been a long day, didn't realize you were falling on your hip I thought you just were falling off the rail early. Although I feel like my comment would work, it seems like a painful process lol. So yea.. sorry about that. The parts about commitment are true though. It's all in your head. Try and keep a wide stance and more pressure on your front foot. It'll come to you.
