Jiberish Black Friday orders

Has anybody gotten their shit from the Black Friday sale? Been almost 3 weeks since I ordered an elk windbreaker and I haven't heard anything from them. Got my order confirmation two days after I placed it but no shipping confirmation. Order still says unfulfilled. I've emailed them twice asking for
an update on my order and they haven't said anything.
Seriously jiberish get you're shit together. If you're trying to pass yourselves off as some refined brand, get your fucking orders out. I pay 9 dollars for priority shipping and I expect my clothes to be at my door 3 days from the order not fucking 3 weeks.

Don't have blowout sales if you can't handle the traffic of orders. Seriously what the fuck

I'm just hoping they get my stuff out by Christmas. I think I read somewhere that they would. I also read that they're shipping things out without a confirmation to save time... oh dear.

I pre-ordered a hoodie October 27th that was supposed to ship Mid-November and I just got the shipment confirmation.

Also ordered a T-shirt and Patrol hat on black Friday and haven't heard shit from them.I want my clothes before I grow out of them for fucks sake.

I'm done buying their over-priced trash. No excuses.

Sort of ridiculous. Same thing happened to me. Ordered about 100$ worth of stuff and still haven't received my shipping conformation. Emailed them and they said it was backed up but when you make me pay 16$ for shipping I expect to get it within the week.

Lol this is bullshit, if you're not prepared to handle the volume of orders from a sale then don't have the sale. When I'm paying 10 dollars to have something shipped a few hundred miles it shouldn't take that long. Not to mention they have barely communicated on what their fucking issue is, all I saw was a little message tacked on to a newsletter announcement thing. Jiberish is acting more like some shitty big cartel startup brand than a reputable streetwear brand thats been around for 10 years.

Same deal here. Called customer support last weekend and was told they'd have it shipped wednesday 12/14. It's now the 18th and still nothing. I've gotta send some of this shit to a friend halfway across the country so they're definitely not getting this before christmas. I don't even know if I will. So pissed

For point of reference, I ordered a Ignant vest on 10/26 (knowing it was a a pre-order), received it two days ago. Its dope as fuck although I do wish it was a full zip. I'm sure you guys will be getting your orders soon, looks like they've been absolutely swamped so be patient, you'll be stoked in the end.

I do remember last year it took forever to get one hoodie however, they get some many orders, If you want your shit to get there the same week go pay the full 100 for a hoodie the rest of the 360 days of the year. Smh fuck you guys appreciate you got mad deals.

I got my button down in 2 weeks after ordering it a week before black Friday. Shipped to Europe, what takes usually 3 month. Big ups to Jiberish. Cant complain.

I emailed them about not receiving a shipping conformation or anything over a week ago, and only got the shipping conformation today. They sent this in response two weeks after I ordered stuff.
"Due to the dramatically reduced pricing during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale we fielded about three times the amount of orders we were expecting. Because of this, our normal time of two to three days to process is closer to fourteen days. I can assure you we've got our full team with all hands on deck in our warehouse."

Jiberish always takes a while. Small company, large orders. You just have to take that into consideration. If you like the brand, you don't mind it and you wait. If you do mind then don't spend your money on the brand. Simple as that.

Same I was a little butthurt when I saw that but then I realized its a sick hoodie, you cant turn back time and not everything goes perfectly, in then end you paid an extra 20 bucks.... whatever

Jiberish is now saying it will be delivered December 23rd- by which point I will have left my college house and gone home for winter break, and my package will sit on the porch for a month. Not only will I not have it for Christmas, it'll probably get swiped altogether. I'm done with jiberish. There's no way their overpriced products are worth the shit show that is their customer service.

Maybe if they spent more time getting orders out instead of taking pictures of all the orders they're swamped with they wouldn't be in this mess.

I ordered one thing from them. A month ago. So I could have it for Christmas. And i haven't heard a fucking thing from them. Sent multiple emails and nothing.

They've been in the game long enough they should be able to handle this type of shit by now. If it was their 1st or 2nd year in business I could understand but jiberish really doesn't have an excuse for this. Especially since they're trying to pass themselves off as some established streetwear brand. Fuck that. I don't give a fuck if they did put on a big sale their products aren't worth what they're asking for anyways. A hoodie isn't worth 90 dollars. No matter how heavy the cotton is.

Fuck em. I'll never buy from jiberish again after this experience

They need to listen to their customers. If they have all these products in stock they have no excuse. It doesn't take that long to put together orders and ship them. Tbh they're probably working 2-3 hours a day and really don't care. Horribly run company from the looks of it. That's too bad

Yeah because anyone actually buying a screenprinted cotton hoodie for $82 is bowing down to the gods of consumerism. Marketing products at $82 "retail" and offering frequent sales is just a selling strategy, "full price" doesn't mean shit. If a company says a product is in stock, and is offering 3 day USPS shipping, its buyers expect their shit in a week. If said company doesn't deliver, it's consumers stop buying. Capitalism is a bitch sorry jiberish,won't be buying again

Ordered a hat, two shirts, and a sweatshirt for Christmas. The clothes said to order a size up, being a Large, I ordered an XL. Once I received everything and tried it on the shirts were found to be extremely small. I will be contacting them to exchange my shirts. If they fail to do so, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and i recommend you do the same if you are having issues. Companies like this must be held accountable.
