I learned them by treating it like a normal 2 on. I just found that you need to pop a little more.

Its a mind boggling trick, but once you get the hang of it they're super fun.

Try to spin only with your body, not your skis (at first). You could also try to push your noses down a bit, makes it harder to catch your tails, and it looks cooler. Last, just pop really far to the right (if you spin left).

you can practice spinning one way while traveling the other way on small jumps. when you do it on a rail just make sure you jump high.
