solid.sevenLots of impact and possibly flaws in technique. It's kind of like how running fucks with your knees over time. The individual strides aren't painful but too much and you'll feel it. That's probably a bad/extreme example.
If you want to be serious about it, there's specific work outs and warm ups for tramp sessions for your back, hips and knees. Most people don't do them nor do most people really need to do them though.
