Yes....every job in the industry I work in doesn't list pay in a job application. Its only a common practice for the most part at low level / retail / entry level type work

I'd say a job posting for a position at a fairly large ski company is more ski gabber related than talking about how someone's clothing choice doesn't match the skis that they're riding.
