Hi, I am a ski coach and this year I have a kid that wants to get into competition. I am building a program for him that will last more or less 15 weeks and will bring him from perfectionning his basics to mastering off-axis rotations and flips.
I was wondering if anybody would love me to post the program on NS although, it wouldn't be suited for starters and it is designed for someone that can already to cork 720s and flatspins. Basicly, anyone who can already do 540s with grabs and some combos on rails would be able to follow the program.
