Factory direct mattresses

So I'm moving this weekend and taking the opportunity to get a new bed as mine is too soft. I've seen a ton of stuff about direct order companies like Casper, Tuft & Needle, Leesa, Endy, etc. There are a ton of them out there and it's seems to be a solid option for a decent price.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Thoughts?

Go to your local matress store and find a couple of mattresses you like, proceed to find them on a factory direct site and buy it there for the better price

spend a lot of money be it will pay off in the long run, also find a way to hide in the matress store until it closes and try out the one you want
