Balls hurt from Knuckling Jumps

Anyone else get the problem of their balls really hurting (like someone kicked them) if you knuckle a jump. Any solutions?

It happens on overshoots too. We call it ball-bang. I don't know that there's anything you can really do about it other than maybe wear a tight-fitting base layer......

I was put into a situation where i had to do this or get shot in the ass point blank by a bb shotgun when i was 12.... I didnt think the icyhot was even a legit thing back then and did it willingly.

no idea how anyone skis wearing boxers.. boxer briefs or compression shorts are a must IMO

that said, if you knuckle hard enough it will still hurt your balls sometimes. but you can get better at absorbing the impact when knuckling (and of course, ideally you will only knuckle once, max, on any given jump before correcting the speed issue)

I know the feel! it's usually one of two ways

sometimes if I land on an angle or one foot, my nutsack swings into my thigh like a wrecking ball and that always sucks

and other times if I just land really hard but I'm balanced, its like my balls shoot down and then my sack snaps them back up like a bungee in which case my balls don't really hurt but it makes my scrotum feel all stretched out and tingly

my balls usually don't hurt. but on a bad knuckle case, sometimes ill get bad sack burn. like the impact stretched em too far! maybe its cause I'm 36 amd my balls hang lower now.
