Armada 2016-2017 ARV Question

Bout me: I am a park skier in Minnesota and ski about twice a year in colorado. So I love me some deeper snow or straight crud. I ski K2 Shreditor 92's and love them. So what im asking is, should I go with the 96's or 86's? I ski like 80% park and worried that having that wide of a waist will somehow mess with me. Any thoughts?

Also I'm 5,8 about 130 pounds riding 170's should I size up?

the norm now is to ride a wider park ski. i ride a thall (85 undefoot) which is on the skinny side. i would love to get the ARV for next year. the ski looks sick. i think the 96 underfoot is great for the aprk but can also be useful on mountains. i dont think you should size up, im 5'10" and ride a 171 and its perfect for me. btw where in MN do you ski, i ski at hyland.

Well if you want a do it all go with the 96 i have a slat wich is 97 and pipe cleaner that is 84 but they are both fine it really come down to is if you will use it as your everything ski.

The ARV 96 is money for everything. They don't feel too wide at all and feel super balanced with the slight taper and tip/tail rocker. I like them WAYYYY more than the Edollo/Al Dente for this reason.

96 isn't wide for a park ski at all anymore. there's no downside at all to a 90something waisted ski park wise unless you ski shit tons of pipe i guess

ive only skied ~96mm waist park skis for the past 6 years and i would never get a park ski skinnier than that

and the 96 waist will perform way better in crud and pow. ARVs are a great do it all ski and the 96 waist is perfect on there
