How Much Of The One Of Those Days Are Fake?

After watching them all over and over and being blown away over and over, I've also noticed that some shots look like they possibly used CGI. I realize a lot of it is staged and its a large amount of shots all pieced together to look like one run, but how much is actually not real at all? or is it all legit? I thought maybe a lot of it wasn't real just based on how ridiculous it was, but then saw on Candides insta the pond butter shot from a different view and now I'm thinking that maybe every shot is 100% legit. The dude is an animal after all. Thoughts?

The part where he went kinda waterskiing to the heli was probably cgi.

Someone should do a mythbusters on the One of those days edits :P
