How do you pop going switch on a jump

I know how to pop forwards on a jump with proper shin pressure. How do you do it going switch though? If you put too much pressure on your shins wouldn't you end up doing a switch front flip type trick? Please help would like to start hitting jumps switch!

I certainly wouldn't reccomend Achilles pressure. Shin pressure is fine as long as you don't let the lip suck you in, but some middle ground is the way to go. Keep it snappy.

you just go off the jump like youre going to throw a switch backflip, then you do a switch triple backflip.

EXACTLY the same way as you do it forwards. Its a straight pop like you're jumping high up in the air off of flat ground.

99% of the time the problem with a switch pop is patience. Because you're already counter rotated its too easy to pop early or try to set the spin before you've actually popped.
