How do you adjust/cut poles?

I've cut poles in the past and its a hassle. I suggest buying new poles from Evo or Backcountry. I get kids poles for park skiing for like $15

I cut my poles yesterday. Super easy. Just fill up your sink or something and fill with hot water. Put your grips in there for a little bit and they will get soft. Pull them off and then cut the pole with a pipe cutter or hack saw. put your grips back on and they will be good.

Also if you cant get the grips off then lodge the pole in a door frame and pull.
