Yo. So last Saturday I went in to my local Costco to see if they had an item and they didn't. Checked with the associate there and they said they only had it online. They said if I ordered it, it would arrive in 2-4 business days. So I'm thinking "I order on a Saturday and since it won't go out until Monday, it'll be here at soonest Tuesday and at latest Thursday". That's all cool with me. Anyway I'm getting the updates for the shipping and the estimated delivery isn't supposed to be til next week. I calculated it and that's like 7 business days. Costco is usually pretty good, bud I gotta say I'm a little disappointed.
So, should I give them a call and see what they can do? Or should I just let it slide? I mean I paid a pretty good amount for this item and for it to come twice as late as expected I'm a little angry.
Also when I track it it's taking forever for them to move it. One day it's in Georgia, the next it's in Nashville, then it went to Chicago. It seems they're moving it state by state.
Anyway NS what should I do?
