Hobbies for when you can't ski

There is a decent chance my hill may not be able to open up this winter so what are some ways to pass the time until 2016. I have so much free time right now it's ridiculous. I quit track and basketball to focus on skiing this season and I may not be able ski at all.

no_steezeTeach yourself how to code. I learned Java this semester and it was awesome. Takes a fuck ton of time, it's super consuming, and you end up with a valuable skill or a fist hole in your computer screen, depending on how it goes


how did your learn? did u join an online school like code academy?

I took an object oriented programming class at school this past semester. Basically just learned how to make 80's games in java like tetris and pacman

I would try to learn and instrument or learn a language(which if you pulled off could easily super valuable to you later). Could also star doing something like slacknowledge lining.

Update... The hill opened today but is closing for this super warm week we have and probably wont open until january. I got 2 days in this weekend and I no longer feel depressed or lonely. I did make a fool out of myself attempting tricks and destroying my body but not walking tomorrow morning is worth it.
