Silicon on skis effect on snow and rails

Ok so at our ski team barn we have an air bag and m snow ramp but for more speed we roll on silicon on our skis and I dont have any other skis than the ones i use for the ramp with me so Im using them for some preseason tomoorrow now there is a few inches of blown snow so that silicon on my skis (there is a decent amount) will it slow me down or speed up rails I know there are idffrent kinds of silicon but all i know is its not calking silicon its clear and slightly sticky

Def will help you go faster. Especially for spring/summer shredding when topsheets get sticky and everythings warm.

Get a can of silicon spray. Just spray on a little bit on, and get back to shredding

Thanks i figured it would slick up the rail but I didn't know hoe it would be on snow

hmm, I was thinking about on rails, I can't read so well apparently. I don't think it'll really make much of a difference and should rub off fast.
