Replying to Is there a easy way to view the forums/threads I follow?

This may be already a feature, but other than going up to the search bar and individually searching for each thread or forum, is there a easy way to view these? I've looked in my threads and have to go through several pages (if I did comment on the actual thread) otherwise they dont even show up.

For example: I'm part of the Build a jib Cult and I follow Montana/wyoming threads (since I live in Montana) but I can't find them without going through and searching for them every single time.

What is the point of following threads/forums if you can't easily get to them? Idk maybe I'm just blind. Still slightly new to NS, so if there is an easier way to access them please let me know! Otherwise I think this would be a cool feature to add.
