Replying to Greyhound bus lines hate thread

I now have to drive 2 hours through rain and traffic to pick up my girlfriend in downtown toronto cause of greyhound's incompetence and shitty customer service. She had a 2:30 bus with a 5:15 connection. its a distance of 2 hours so it's not a real tight connection. but her first bus showed up at the station at fucking 3, then the driver needed a 10 minute break, then they slowly loaded the bus.
I get that sometimes shit happens and people are late, BUT, when greyhound fucks up your connection they compensate for it by telling you to fuck off and buy another ticket. so it's a real kick in the teeth when you have to buy a new ticket then sit around a bus station for 4 hours for the next bus, which is likely to be oversold, in which case they will tell you to fuck off and buy another ticket.
