Am I allowed to promote my artwork (oil paintings) on newschoolers? like my facebook page and junk? im not really trying to sell anything. just trying to get my artwork and name out there. its real good and its super hard to get exposure. if not does anyone know a good way to do it?

i dont have internet or a smart phone in my apartment in bumfuck nh. i blame the cable companies for not running wires up my street. so their fault?
