Side flip vs backflip

I learned back flips last season, and I plan on trying side flips this up-coming season. I can do side flips easily on a trampoline, and I'm wondering is a side flip easier than a back flip?

I mean I know some people that can lincoln(side) that can't backflip but imo a backflip is def easier.

Especially on different kinds of jumps, you can easily adjust a backy to work perfectly.

when i am speed checking a jump for the first time i usually just send a backflip. but i probs wouldn't speed check with a lincoln loop, even though they are lesser consequence. so take from that what you will.

id say lincolns are a bit harder to do right, but they're also safer, over or under rotating backflips sucks.

I did! I got tired of cuddling with squirrels. Those fuckers are vicious. Thanks Washy, I'm glad i could learn the correct spelling of words, finally.
