What do you miss the most about skiing

Now that the season is officially over for most of us, what part of skiing do you miss the most?




For me it is the feeling you get when you are properly locked into a rail where you feel like you could stay on forever.

i just miss being able to ski since my season got ended early and although im cleared to play some sports skiing is still a huge risk for redislocating for about another month

nothing because the east coast had a great season and I can still ski


it does kind of suck not getting to hot lap anymore unless I drive up to killington though

I was mad at first until I read that We had a grest season. I think it's dumb that people hate on east coast skiing so much

I honestly miss just being able to go out. Skiings acts as an escape for me and allows me to get my mind off things. I guess I will just have to find a hobby this summer.

i miss those days where the conditions were crap, but you still were having the time of your life because you were still skiing and having tons of fun just mobbing around with some friends and pushing eachother to throw dumb stuff off of crazy features

Here's a list of what I miss:
-skiing
-having homies
-not caring about anything else while I'm on the hill
-cruising the park as a crew just fucking around
-hot lapping groomers
-powder cruises
-going hard
-spring tshirt jibbing
-the wind on my face
-snow burn
-being super sore the next day
-learning new tricks
-fucking around in general
-trains

I miss driving up to the mountain on Friday evening to get some night laps in.
I miss huge hike sessions.
I miss chill laps with my friends.
I miss the incredible feeling of night skiing.
I miss after hours deubachery.
I miss chilling together at lunch.
I miss being stoked.
I miss tow rope laps.
I miss the feeling of waking up knowing you're going to go skiing today.
I miss doing tricks.
I miss walking around the lodge.
I miss my phone blowing up 24/7 with texts.
I miss chilling at my friend's places after skiing.
I miss looking out the window at the soft blankets of snow.
I miss the way music sounded when I was in my skiing "realm"
I miss riding up the sound of a chairlift going over the wheels.
I miss going fast.
I miss forgetting about everything.
I miss skiing.
