CyanicenineJ-skis whipit is the softest ski I've ever encountered. Line chronic and Armada al dente are also really soft.
The new K2 shreditor 92 is surprisingly soft. I was shocked when I hand flexed one in the shop the other day. I own some Recoils from a few years ago and they are reasonably stiff. The shreditor 92 replaced the recoil in k2's lineup but it's definitely an entirely different ski. It is incredibly soft.
The Rossignol slat could be a good choice for you 97 underfoot so definitely more on the all mountain side. According to the Rossi rep I chatted with it's the softest ski Rossignol makes. I've heard a lot of good things about it from other park/ freeride skiers.
As discussed in other threads Soul rider is not the softest ski out there, but if you break in a ski enough and are a strong skier you can make any ski butter. It just got that rep from this video:
RcRacingWhich Ski is ridden in this Vid?
