I sprained my acl and mcl on the tramp during the summer and I have to say that shit hurt like a fucker I mean when it was straight out not to bad but when I bent it just a littler it hurt pretty badly. Ended up going to the hospital when it first happened because I thought I tore something and they gave me this big knee brace and it was fine after a few weeks. Takes a little getting used to when you start walking again though. But good luck to you dude, I couldnt even imagine actually tearing one.

My dad tore his MCL running and is going in for surgery friday. Get better dude and make sure to give it time to heal and dont be on it all day long.

Well I mean you're all talking about stuff in your knee but I have a partial tendon tear in my shoulder from playing tennis and my mountain has been closed from lack of snow since January.... soooooo....

Thought I had the unhappy triad - ended up only being a MCL tear and pulled my meniscus off the bone. Hurts like hell but should be back in 5 months, bout to buy a pair of new skis to torture myself
