Learning flat threes and having trouble setting it. Any tips/ tricks that you guys find helpful? On tramp btw

let your legs come up in front of you, like you re trying to land on your back on a trampoline.

just combine it with a real generous pop. be patient before you do the spin. it s really a bring your feet up kind of trick.

If you're rotating left side, pop and drop your right shoulder down about halfway between straight back and straight to the right. as you drop your right shoulder down that direction, open your left shoulder directly out toward your back. Grab japan with your right hand (makes it easier when you're first learning), spot your landing, and ride away like a boss.

Easiest way to do it is think a backflip set with a sideflip or vice reversa. If you can do a side flip and a backflip, you can do a basic flat 3. It gets tricky when you get into true flatspins, I've done a few on tramp but they are next to impossible, there's like 5 variations of a true flatspin.
