Blake Wilson VS Candide POV (POLL)

We know....Candide will always be the best skier in the world.
But, Discrete Athlete Blake Wilson has been putting on a clinic this year on how to make an all-time POV edit. The kid is 20 years old. No ski sponsor or major budget backing his talents or editing skills and yet it still producing the highest watched ski content for the year. With all factors included, who do you think makes a better POV edit?

I'm all for supporting an upcoming skier but you cant really compare his edit to any of Candides. The kid has a lot of skill don't get me wrong but he doesn't really compare to Candide in anyway other than the fact that they both ski charge all mountain

every single shot in the edit was just one hit, Candiddy links multiples, multiple times.

imo, this edit had more different tricks, and was nicely executed all round. Comparing it to Candide's first pov, I think it would stand a chance in a poll. I thought it was better. But comparing it to Candide's second, no way. Like absolutely no. Candide drops absolutely huge ass stuff, the edit is super well edited, and I mean fuck, the ender is a complete mind melter.

clever way to make us watch the edit btw xD no hate doe, that edit was totally awesome.

Blake is a super rad person and skier... He could for sure slide a handrail and then go switch into a gondola.... if he could find a resort that would let him.

these edits are actually dope and impressive (minus the music) but youre fucking high if you think you can even come close to comparing them to candide, in both volume of skiing in the clips themselves and the tricks and ability

as a matter of fact, this is probably the worst way to try to market your new skier; why would you juxtapose him against the best skier in the world? it's a great way to make him look bad...

Well I think the fact that Candide isn't skiing on a pair of skis that Blake Wilson is the main sponsor for... don't get me wrong though, that was a sick POV edit. Just stupid marketing. That's like showing your friend a picture of Kate Upton then showing him a picture of your solid 7 girlfriend and saying "damn don't they look similar!"

He would get slaughtered if the two skied together at any place of Blake's choosing for any length of time.

Faster, higher, spinnier and when on hard snow you have to be even more dialled into what you're doing.

Discrete clothing should just sponsor Candide rather than try to outdo him.

Even if Blake did come close, he's still not doing anything new.

One thing I can say in favor of Blake's is that it was straight, raw footage with no computer enhancements. Candide's has some stuff edited in after the fact.

I have a way better idea than comparing them, get them to give their cameras to someone else and follow cam them around the mountain.

Not even close. that kid's was good but just on hard charging, tight butthole points alone candides is miles ahead. The speed and size of candide's shit is what was mind blowing. This dude just had little drops and mini golf style jibs. Still good though.
