Unatty Shooting Help

Need help shooting left handed in lacrosse. Can't seem to figure out my problem but every time I drop the ball or shoot way off the goal. Also, any tips on how I can practice shooting without a net? Thanks. +k to whomever helps.

if its like any other sport it's just getting used to it, toss a ball at a wall for a while, I heard that's a lacrosse thing.

Film your regular shot or watch it in a mirror. Then break it down and replicate each part of the motion slowly till you have it dialed. Then practice a ton

Basically this, I like to slow down with my strong hand shoot like it is slow motion and really try to get the same mechanics down.

this is pretty much all you need to know when trying to do things with the other hand. Practice is the main key. It might take a while just stick with it.
